Design, build, and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka (Amazon MSK) and IBM MQ. Develop and deploy microservices on Kubernetes (EKS) to enable secure and scalable integrations. Implement robust integration patterns, including idempotency, error handling, retry strategies, and secure messaging flows. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and high availability of the platform in production environments. Establish and maintain strong observability practices (monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting) using Cloud Watch, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions aligned with functional and technical requirements.

• +5 years of experience designing and operating event-driven architectures on AWS.
• +5 years of hands‑on experience with Kafka (Amazon MSK) and integration with IBM MQ.
• +5 years of experience developing and deploying microservices on Kubernetes (EKS).
• +5 years of experience working with AWS services such as SQS, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3, Aurora Postgre
  
  SQL, and Open Search.
• +5 years of experience implementing robust integration patterns (idempotency, error handling, secure messaging, approval workflows).
• +5 years of experience ensuring observability and monitoring using Cloud Watch and/or Prometheus/Grafana.
• +5 years of experience operating solutions in high‑availability production environments.
• C1/C2 level of English

• Experience in financial systems, payments, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, advanced experience with IBM MQ, or Kafka schema management (Schema Registry).
