• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for customers, including change management and training
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to inspire customers in using the product
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing empathetic support to customers
• Collect and act on feedback to enhance training delivery and customer experience
• Track success metrics related to onboarding and adoption, adjusting plans as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; graduate degree is highly valued
• Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company or in a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy with a consultative mindset to understand customer goals and provide tailored recommendations

• Experience in instructional design, education, or technology staff roles
• Familiarity with educational technology, learning management systems, and local higher education systems
• Knowledge of the ethical use of AI tools in education
• Ability to speak a second language is highly valued
• Willingness to travel for on-site client visits or conferences, up to 10% annually
