• Setup deployments (Avigilon Alta) on-site or remotely based on customer requirements
• Troubleshoot existing and new issues reported by customers
• Conduct site audits and system certifications
• Provide thorough product training to Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end-users
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to provide post-sales support

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• Strong knowledge in networking and system design
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA A+
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in a VMS/Access control environment
• Experience deploying a VMS and cameras from the ground up
• Knowledge and recent experience with programming and APIs
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
