• Set up deployments of Avigilon Alta based on customer requirements, either on‑site or remotely
• Troubleshoot existing/new issues reported by customers and conduct site audits and system certifications
• Provide thorough product training to Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end‑users
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to provide post‑sales support
• Support Sales teams in achieving sales targets and strategic goals by identifying stakeholders and potential risks

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of experience in an IT environment
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment with a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Certificate in a relevant field, or minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of networking and system design, with experience in Physical Security technologies
• Valid driver's license and passport for travel between countries in North America
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without employer work permit sponsorship

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, or CompTIA A+
• 3+ years of experience in a VMS/Access control environment
• Experience deploying a VMS and cameras from the ground up
• Knowledge of programming and APIs
• Excellent presentation skills and strong problem‑solving abilities
