• Set up deployments (Avigilon Alta) on-site or remotely based on customer requirements
• Troubleshoot existing and new issues reported by customers
• Conduct site audits and system certifications
• Provide product training to Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end-users
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams for post-sales support

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of experience in an IT environment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment or 7 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Strong knowledge in networking and system design
• Experience with Physical Security VMS, DVR, NVR, Cameras, and Access Control technologies

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, or CompTIA A+
• Experience in a VMS/Access control environment
• Knowledge of programming and APIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
