We are hiring: E-Channel Supervisor
Role SummaryThe E-Channel Supervisor will oversee digital sales channels, including online platforms and aggregators, to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and enhance customer experience across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize online sales channels and aggregator partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and conversion rates across digital platforms.
- Coordinate with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance digital journeys and campaigns.
- Ensure alignment with business targets and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with digital partners and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital sales, e‑commerce, or online channel management.
- Experience managing aggregator platforms and digital partnerships is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the KSA market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
