Location:

Houston, TX (Hybrid)

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML project lifecycle (discovery → design → development → deployment → monitoring).
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.

• Understand AI/ML architectures including:
• Machine Learning pipelines
• Deep Learning models
• NLP, Computer Vision
• Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering)
• Collaborate with engineers on solution design and architecture reviews.
• Ensure best practices in MLOps, model versioning, and deployment.

• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Conduct requirement workshops and sprint planning sessions.
• Provide regular updates to internal leadership and external clients.
• Handle client escalations and expectation management.

• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retros, Demos).
• Create and manage user stories, backlog grooming, and sprint tracking.
• Monitor KPIs such as velocity, burn-down, model performance metrics.

• Ensure AI solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Oversee data governance, compliance, and ethical AI guidelines.
• Monitor model accuracy, bias, and performance post-deployment.

• Lead cross-functional teams of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Backend Developers, and Dev Ops.
• Mentor team members and promote technical excellence.
• Ensure collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of overall IT experience with 2–4 years in managing AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of:
• Python, ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Lang Chain, vector databases
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• CI/CD and MLOps practices
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/Dev Ops.

• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production.
• PMP / Scrum Master certification.
• Experience working with US or global clients.
