Exciting Remote Service Now Architect (CMA) - Certified Master Architect contract opportunity.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect and expertise with Service Now Privacy Case Management module.
- 7 plus years of professional experience with a focus on Service Now Solution Design.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in advising on the strategic use of Service Now, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies across all key current programs and prospective customers.
- A strong background in Service Now proposals and projects.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management Solutions.
- ITIL certification and best practices experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Service Now implementations following agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience
