Job Overview
Work for this role will focus around the support for our Salesforce products. This will include incident management, documentation, and knowledge transfers with existing team members. Once we have reached a steady point with our support process and capacity, this role will be able to work with our development teams more closely.
ResponsibilitiesComplete INC and TASK tickets in our Service Now platform in a reasonable timeframe, achieving 80% SLA for incident resolution. Once onboarded and trained, begin working independently to resolve issues, and collaborate with others to troubleshoot larger issues. Working Central timezone hours.

Pay & Benefits- The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
