• Set up deployments (Avigilon Alta) either on‑site or remotely based on customer requirements
• Troubleshoot existing/new issues reported by customers in the field or remotely
• Conduct site audits, system certifications, and network configuration/setup
• Provide thorough product training and demonstrations to Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end‑users
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to provide post‑sales support

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of experience in an IT environment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment or 7 years of relevant experience with additional vocational education
• Strong knowledge in networking and system design
• Experience deploying a VMS and cameras from the ground up

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA A+
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in a VMS/Access control environment
• Knowledge and recent experience with programming and APIs
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations effectively
