Help Desk

Our client is seeking a Help Desk to join their team. As a Help Desk, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting Wisconsin schools and districts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
Wisconsin residents only (up to 90% remote; some in-person training/events in Madison)

What's the Job?

• Serve as a primary customer support contact for schools and districts, managing inquiries and issues related to educational data systems.
• Create, oversee, and monitor requests, incidents, and problem resolution using ticketing software.
• Assist school districts with data submissions, corrections, and understanding how to use data review tools like WISEdata and WISEdash.
• Provide onsite or virtual training sessions to support data system usage and reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to state reporting and data quality management.

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, help desk support, or related roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret customer needs effectively.
• Experience working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools such as MS Dynamics.
• Ability to perform data health checks and troubleshoot errors using reports and visualizations.
