- Complex Translation: Translate highly technical concepts and system architectures into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand language for both internal and external audiences.
- Structure & Design: Organize and structure content to maximize readability, usability, and logical flow.
- Manuals & Guides: Research, write, and edit comprehensive technical manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintenance: Review and update existing documentation repositories as products, systems, or IT processes evolve.
- Branding & Standards: Ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with company standards and branding guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), engineers, developers, and product managers to gather detailed technical information.
- Version Control: Manage document versions and maintain organized documentation repositories to ensure single-source truth.
- Experience: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to document technical systems or software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Confluence).
