Job Description :
Pay Range: $74.90hr - $86.14hr
- The Program Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, multi-workstream programs involving hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platform integrations.
- This role ensures alignment between program deliverables and business objectives while maintaining governance, quality, schedule, and budget control.
- The Program Manager partners closely with customers, executive stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
- Define program success criteria and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility and quality standards.
- Establish program governance and controls in alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards.
- Coordinate and drive sub-projects and work streams, including management of interdependencies.
- Lead architects and resourcing teams to schedule internal and external consulting resources across multiple initiatives.
- Develop detailed project and program plans considering dependencies, logical sequencing, and level of effort to determine duration.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, changes, and closeout activities using appropriate verification techniques.
- Proactively anticipate and resolve risks impacting program budget and timeline.
- Measure program performance using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Track and manage program risks, issues, and action items.
- Communicate program progress internally and externally to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations through regular status meetings and reporting.
- Develop and distribute program status reports at defined intervals.
- Forecast program revenue accurately on a quarterly basis and maintain system-of-record configurables.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation.
- Collaborate globally with project managers to improve efficiency and delivery practices.
- Foster client relationships to support future business opportunities.
- Create and present project dashboards to executive and C-level leadership.
- Ensure world-class delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute communication plans, escalating issues to management when required.
- Minimum of 8 years of industry experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing complex programs involving hardware, software, infrastructure, cloud platforms, and integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs, projects, and clients in parallel.
- Strong experience in external customer-facing roles and internal stakeholder management including sales and pre-sales teams.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience using structured change management processes in professional services environments.
- Strong organizational skills including planning, facilitation, time management, leadership, and multitasking.
- Ability to align program deliverables with business objectives and outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to adapt in complex situations.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for continuous improvement and results.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project planning tools.
- PMP certification required and PgMP certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Net Suite and Salesforce.
- Ability to quickly adopt new processes and tools.
