• Setup deployments of Avigilon Alta either on-site or remotely based on customer requirements
• Troubleshoot existing and new issues reported by customers
• Conduct site audits and system certifications
• Provide product training for Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end-users
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams for post-sales support

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of experience in an IT environment
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge in networking and system design
• Experience working with Physical Security technologies, including VMS, DVR, NVR, Cameras, and Access Control

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, or CompTIA A+
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in a VMS/Access control environment
• Experience with major industry players like Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon
• Knowledge and recent experience with programming and APIs
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
