Scrum Master, IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to join our Agile Center of Excellence and help lead a major IT organization through its Agile Product Transformation. This is a high-impact consulting opportunity focused on coaching teams, product leaders, and stakeholders to adopt Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Hybrid (onsite presence required as needed; remote work allowed with manager approval)
Agile Coach Responsibilities
Guide large-scale Agile Product Transformation initiatives, aligning coaching efforts with strategic business goals.
Develop and execute tailored Agile coaching roadmaps in collaboration with CoE leadership.
Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
Enable Agile maturity across product teams, driving delivery efficiency and business value.
Facilitate interactive training sessions and workshops on Agile methodologies and technical best practices.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics-driven decision-making, and performance analysis.
Foster stakeholder alignment and smooth transformation through cross-functional collaboration.
Implement standardized Agile practices and tool usage (Jira, Confluence, Align) across teams.
Monitor and report on Agile maturity metrics and transformation progress.
Agile Coach Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Experience:
Minimum 5 years in software development.
At least 8 years of Agile coaching, with proven results in enterprise transformations.
Certifications: ICP-Client, ICP-ATF, CSP, SPC, or equivalent.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and technical practices (CI/CD, TDD, Dev Ops).
Strong systems thinking and organizational navigation skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership qualities.Preferred:
Experience in Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric transformation.
Background in change management and fostering continuous learning environments.
Proficiency in coaching with metrics and Agile tools.
As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in enabling cultural change and Agile maturity without direct managerial duties, contributing to the broader organizational strategy defined by the Agile Center of Excellence.
