• Setup deployments of Avigilon Alta either on-site or remotely based on customer requirements
• Troubleshoot existing and new issues reported by customers in the field or remotely
• Conduct site audits and system certifications, including network configuration and setup
• Provide thorough product training and conduct in-person and remote product demonstrations for Sales teams, Channel Partners, and end-users
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to provide post-sales support to customers

• High School diploma, Technical Certificate, or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Technology, or 5 years of experience in an IT and Technology environment
• Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment, or 7 years of relevant experience with vocational or technical education considered an asset
• Strong knowledge in networking and system design, with experience in Physical Security technologies
• Ability to travel 50% of the time and possess a valid driver’s license and passport for travel within North America
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position)

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA A+
• 3+ years of relevant field experience in a VMS/Access control environment
• Experience deploying a VMS and cameras from the ground up
• Knowledge of programming and APIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly
