Re:work is supporting a global payments business that operates critical infrastructure used by some of the world's largest digital companies. The business is profitable, operating at scale across multiple international markets, and is now doubling down on the quality of its technical hiring as it scales
With a newly appointed CTO who comes from some of the best technology companies in the world, the business is investing seriously in how it hires engineers and product leaders, and is looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead that effort on a consultancy basis.
The opportunityYou will work directly with US-based technical leadership, owning senior engineering and product searches end to end and shaping how hiring is approached. The focus is on talent density and long‑term team quality, and the stakeholders you'll work with are experienced enough to appreciate the difference.
You'll typically carry 10 to 15 concurrent searches, with an emphasis on depth and signal quality over volume.
What matters most in this roleBriefs will sometimes be ambiguous and the pace is fast. You'll need to build credibility quickly with the new CTO, bring structure to how senior hiring is assessed, and proactively develop pipelines rather than react to open roles. You'll also need to balance speed with long‑term team design, and help senior stakeholders understand why that distinction matters.
Success here isn't measured by roles closed. It's measured by whether the organisation is consistently bringing in people who raise the bar.
Who we're looking forYou're an experienced Tech Talent Partner who has delivered senior engineering and product hiring inside a high‑growth technology or fintech business with a high hiring bar. You have a clear point of view on what good looks like and the confidence to act on it, even when stakeholders push back.
You're likely a strong fit if you've worked directly with a CTO, have genuine sourcing and market intelligence capability, and have operated in environments where hiring quality was taken seriously at every level.
- Structure:
Initial 6‑month consultancy contract, with potential to extend - Location:
Remote within the US, EST or CST alignment preferred - Compensation: $140,000 to $180,000 annualised, depending on experience
There is also the possibility of a longer‑term assignment or permanent role as the business develops its location strategy.
