• Own the full lifecycle of assigned implementations, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing structured guidance and education
• Coordinate and align internal stakeholders to meet implementation milestones and deliverables
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations, prioritizing effectively to meet service expectations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the implementation process

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance, benefits, or a related industry
• 1–2 years of client-facing or customer-facing experience
• Working knowledge of one or more Group Benefit products
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing low to moderate complexity implementations
• Knowledge of Group Benefit products (e.g., VB, LAD, Absence)
• Previous experience in a role with significant client interaction
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment within defined processes and policies
