SAP Support Engineer - Remote

Responsibilities

• Deliver Core Customer Support by resolving known errors through SAP Notes, Knowledge Base Articles, documented incident resolutions, WIKI, customized entries, or hardware parameters.
• Reproduce customer issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with the development team to provide final solutions when required.
• Process P1 (Priority
  1) incidents and request assistance as needed.
• Create and maintain knowledge documents to support customers and prevent similar issues (WIKI content, Knowledge Base Articles, Guided Answers).
• Participate in the SAP Community to help deflect incidents by contributing to community discussions, blog posts, tips and tricks, etc.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to new employees or colleagues for specific tasks (e.g., as an EC‑Coach).
• Demonstrate willingness to fulfill different roles to network effectively with business stakeholders.
• Develop deeper technical skills such as reading code, debugging, and creating small corrections where applicable.

• 2+ years of implementing, administering, and troubleshooting enterprise‑level applications.
• Experience working with software applications, particularly in Supply Chain Management; SAP Integrated Business Planning experience is a plus.
• Preferred work experience in related field.
• Topic area specific technical/functional curriculum.
• Professional training and certification in relevant areas.
