Notre client basé en Suisse a déjà bien avancé dans la migration de son intranet vers SharePoint Online et souhaite faire intervenir un expert pour finaliser la structuration des sites, optimiser l’architecture et accompagner les utilisateurs sur les bonnes pratiques.
Objectifs de la mission :
- Finalisation et optimisation de l’architecture SharePoint (sites, hubs, navigation)
- Gouvernance et gestion des permissions
- Structuration des bibliothèques documentaires et métadonnées
- Conseils UX / organisation de l’information
- Support aux utilisateurs clés et accompagnement sur les bonnes pratiques
- Intervention en tant qu’expert référent sur la phase finale du projet
Profil recherché :
- 5+ ans d’expérience sur Microsoft 365
- Expérience concrète de projets intranet SharePoint Online
- Capacité à intervenir en autonomie complète
- Excellente communication et posture de conseil
- Idéalement expérience en environnement corporate suisse
Démarrage : à convenir rapidement
Charge estimée : 15 à 30 jours (à confirmer)
Modalités : mission freelance via contrat de prestation
