Le candidat idéal a une excellente connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL, une expérience en gestion de changements, et maîtrise l'outil Service Now. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le chef de projet et d'autres gestionnaires pour opérationnaliser les processus, tout en assurant leur amélioration continue.
