Python DevOps Engineer - Semi-Remote R600

We are currently searching for a Python Dev Ops Engineer for support and error analysis during overall companies test cycles and rollouts. The successful candidate will be doing quality checks in regards of development across all teams (companies 3rd party supplier).

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or similar qualification.
• 3 - 5 years' experience developing in Python
• 1 - 3 years' experience in Public Cloud (Azure)
• Backend:
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Python Developing
• At least 3 years' experience with Test Frameworks
• Experience with ITIL Operation processes (Incident, Problem, Change management)
• Dev Ops experience:
• Kubernetes and Docker
• Pipeline Setup and Automation (e.g. Github Actions)
• Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications (Infrastructure as Code, Git Ops; Experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD, Flux, Helm)
• Experience with public cloud providers e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
• Knowledge of developing and maintaining Microservices
• Agile development experience (e.g. scrum)
• IDEs & Tools:
  Azure Dev Ops
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana, Mongo DB advantageous
• Microsoft Techstack:
  Azure, Azure Cognitive Services advantageous

Reference Number GZ59957 for this position is a permanent position based in Semi-Remote / Centurion offering a contract rate of R480 up to R600 per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
