UI​/UX Designer

This position offers the potential for remote work.

The position will start in-office for a 3-month probationary period. Following that, we do offer full-time remote work as a privilege for employees who maintain high performance.

UI/UX Designer – Marketplace Platform

• 2 to 7 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related roles
• Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, UI design, and user-centered thinking

• Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and best practices
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Good visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design

• Proficient in Figma or similar design tools
• Experience with prototyping tools
• Familiarity with collaboration and handoff workflows

• Ability to work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Understand business goals and translate them into design solutions
• Comfortable iterating designs based on feedback

• Able to manage tasks independently with guidance when needed
  
  Capable of handling multiple projects and priorities
• Attention to detail and consistency

• Experience with motion design or UI animation
• Familiarity with Webflow or basic frontend concepts
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments

• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Responsible and proactive attitude
