Junior project Manager

ROLE SUMMARY:

Perform

ByAI needs a Junior Project Manager/Consultant to support the delivery of consulting projects. This person will work alongside the AI Agent Builder and consulting team to manage project workflows, coordinate deliverables, and ensure smooth execution of client engagements. This is an internal support role focused on project coordination and delivery excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support project delivery and execution for consulting engagements

• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables

• Assist with client report preparation and documentation

• Manage project workflows and ensure deadlines are met

• Communicate with internal team on project status and requirements

• Help structure project deliverables and presentations

• Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks

• Support senior consultants with administrative and coordination tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or consulting support

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment

• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation platforms

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Professional demeanor for client-facing deliverables

• Experience in consulting or professional services firms

• Understanding of AI/technology projects

• Familiarity with Middle East business culture

• Background in data analysis or business intelligence

• Experience with client reporting and presentation development

WORKING HOURS & ARRANGEMENT:

• Remote working from South Africa

• Must accommodate Dubai/Saudi Arabia time zones (some overlap required)
