• Serve as a cross‑trained GRC expert across Compliance, Audit, and Risk to enhance trust and resilience
• Perform control mapping, gap analysis, and remediation tracking to minimize audit risk
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable controls
• Identify and implement improvements to the control framework in response to regulatory demands
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual audit friction

• Hands‑on experience in complex cloud or SaaS control environments across major frameworks (NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, HIPAA)
• Demonstrated ability to map regulatory requirements to technical controls and identify gaps
• Experience managing audit evidence collection and remediation during live audits
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging technical stakeholders
• Process improvement mindset with experience in leveraging GRC tooling to enhance audit efficiency

• Experience with specific GRC tools such as Thoropass or Audit Board
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automated solutions for compliance processes
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on risk management and mitigation strategies
• Previous experience in a similar role within a cybersecurity or technology company
• Advanced certifications related to GRC or cybersecurity
