- Support customers in disconnected environments as a subject matter expert for data center infrastructure products and solutions
- Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of the Dell Technologies portfolio, including storage, compute, networking, and cybersecurity
- Build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements for customers
- Stay current on technology trends and continuously expand knowledge of existing products and solutions
- Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI security clearance
- In-depth troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Dell Power Edge servers, specifically Power Edge XE servers
- Strong knowledge of networking infrastructure, particularly Infini Band networking, in data center environments
- Experience working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and familiarity with Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities
- Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capability in high-pressure situations
- 12+ years of technical support experience with industry certifications such as A+, Security+, MCITP/MCSE, VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CCNA
- CI or FS polygraph clearance
