• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports that support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate tangible recommendations to increase sales or improve other business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Work under minimum supervision in a team environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 – 2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst; experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Experience in a high-volume call center environment
• Ability to work effectively across various departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to ownership of work
