• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports to support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate actionable recommendations to increase sales and improve business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Collaborate effectively across various departments and teams to support shared objectives

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst, with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a high-volume role

• Experience in a fast-paced call center or sales environment
• Familiarity with additional data visualization tools or programming languages
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data to drive decision-making
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
• Knowledge of the pest control industry and its specific data needs
