The Data Analytics Manager is strategic and results-driven to lead our data team and serve as the critical bridge between external stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership. This role will manage and guide the data analytics team, ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights, and develop scalable data processes that support the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Experience/

Education:

• 5 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Leadership developing solutions in environments including SQL/Snowflake/Power
  
  BI/Looker/Python/Alteryx
• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study, Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team

• Act as the primary liaison between the Data team and external/internal stakeholders to understand and translate data needs into actionable insights
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the data analytics team, supporting their development and prioritizing workload to meet organizational goals
• Develop detailed project scope to enable timely and efficient answers aligned with stakeholders expectations
• Present clear, compelling data stories and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive data-informed decisions
• Manage and fulfill internal data requests with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and alignment with business goals
• Identify, implement, and maintain scalable analytics processes that reduce turnaround times and increase team efficiency
• Oversee the integrity, quality, and accuracy of data outputs and drive adoption of best practices in data handling and reporting
• Define and monitor KPIs to track team effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and process improvements
