Payroll Implementation GP Lead - APAC

• Act as a subject matter expert for the specified country or region
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the implementation process
• Develop and implement standardized payroll processes, project plans, and procedures
• Provide ongoing support during and after implementation to resolve any issues

• Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
• Expert legislative knowledge in the APAC region, ideally Australia or Singapore
• Strong communication skills for explaining payroll processes to customers and stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of local payroll tools and software like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Experience in payroll implementation in Australia or Singapore
• Familiarity with accounting and reconciliations
• Previous remote work experience is a plus
• A proactive approach to process improvement and productivity
