• Own the roadmap for platform scalability and lead the transition to cell-based architectures
• Drive the strategy and execution of enterprise-grade features, including RBAC and advanced authentication
• Manage the development and planning process for APIs, integrating feedback from stakeholders
• Collaborate with Engineering and Security leaders to design products that meet compliance requirements
• Define and track success metrics for platform performance and infrastructure efficiency

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven ability to balance strategic road mapping with tactical execution
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring team members
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Experience working at the executive team level and building trust across all levels of the organization

• Proven track record of building "Enterprise Ready" feature sets for a global SaaS business
• Familiarity with modern deployment patterns, including sharding and multi-region cloud environments
• Direct experience with FedRAMP, SOC2, or high-compliance environments
• Experience managing public APIs with a focus on developer ecosystem growth
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is preferred
