What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Receive, replicate, and analyze incoming software application support requests from clients through various communication channels
  • Accurately log relevant information in the support ticket system and ensure case information is up to date
  • Investigate software application issues using available resources and collaborate with team members for resolution
  • Adjust the priority of issues based on guidelines and elevate to 2nd level support as necessary
  • Oversee assigned support cases and communicate with clients and other teams regarding development fixes and product requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Problem-solving capabilities with 2+ years of experience in a software support role for a SaaS company or similar environment
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and creatively in a dynamic environment
  • Availability to work one weekend day and participate in rotating after‑hours on‑call duties

  • Experience with software (SaaS) support and a passion for live events
  • Familiarity with various computer programming languages
  • Resiliency and a positive attitude when handling challenging calls
