• Provide phone, remote, and desk-side technical support to users for email, standard MS Windows applications, and network connectivity
• Schedule and coordinate training activities, maintaining event calendars
• Monitor team productivity and quality, providing individual feedback
• Prepare and deliver coding and data entry training for employees and customers
• Maintain records of all problems reported by clients and generate daily statistical reports

• Public Trust Clearance by start date
• 2-7 years of experience and a high school diploma
• At least one year of experience with Windows desktop support
• At least two years of experience with remote tools
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited supervision

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Service Now
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including holidays as scheduled
