We're looking for a detail-driven LMS Administrator - SABA who thrives on organization, precision, and problem-solving. In this role, you'll ensure training programs run flawlessly from managing systems, coordinating logistics, and supporting learners and facilitators to create exceptional learning experiences. This position is fully remote during EST or CST hours.

What You'll Do

• Administer and manage enrollments, schedules, and records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate instructors, facilities, and vendors to deliver smooth training events.
• Ensure classes are prepared including materials shipped, rooms set up, and participants ready.
• Maintain accurate learner data, attendance, and billing records.
• Generate reports to measure program success and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with a dispersed team via email, MS Teams, and Web Ex.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help solve challenges quick

What You Bring

• LMS experience and a passion for accuracy - SABA LMS experience strongly preferred
