QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated experience in program management, with a focus on Maximo system implementations and/or upgrades.
- In-depth knowledge of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, including its modules and their application within a multi-service utility environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Project and Excel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In support of the Maximize Program: moving from a heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo. Some of the work included in this program are:
- Administration Module
- Asset Module
- Contracts Module
- Financial Module
- Integration Module
- Inventory Module
- Planning Module
- Preventative Maintenance Module
- Security Module
- Purchasing Module
- System Configuration Module
- Work Order Module
