Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Install configure and maintain Redis server instances clusters and sentinel setups
Manage Redis high availability HA and disaster recovery DR strategies
Monitor Redis performance and proactively resolve latency memory and throughput issues
Optimize Redis configuration parameters for caching persistence and data eviction policies
Implement and maintain Redis security including TLS authentication and access control
Perform backup restore and data migration operations

Required Skills Qualifications
Strong experience with Redis including standalone clustered and sentinel architectures
Proficiency in Linux system administration Ubuntu CentOS etc
Solid understanding of Caching strategies Memory management Eviction policies Persistence modes RDB AOF
Handson experience with monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana Redis Insight ELK etc
Experience working in cloud environments AWS Elasti Cache Azure Cache for Redis GCP Memory Store

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Kubernetes and running Redis on K8s Helm charts Operators
Familiarity with Redis modules Redi Search Redis

JSON Redis Graph etc
Certifications related to cloud Dev Ops or database administration

Experience with CICD pipelines Jenkins Git Hub Actions Git Lab
