Job Description
Purpose:
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, increasing ROI, and supporting full-funnel marketing strategies through paid search, paid social, programmatic, and other performance channels.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, programmatic display/retargeting, and CTV platforms (e.g., MNTN, Vibe).
- Implement and QA conversion tracking for all campaigns using tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and first-party tracking solutions.
- Develop and execute paid media and retargeting strategies aligned with cross-functional goals (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Partner with creative teams to produce platform-specific ad assets, including static, video, and carousel ads.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting across all campaigns.
- Regularly report on campaign insights and optimization recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Stay current on emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and paid media trends
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Certifications in one or more of these areas strongly preferred:
Google Analytics (GA4 Certified), Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Linked In Marketing, or Hub Spot - Experience with healthcare, B2B, B2B2C and B2C, or regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) in digital advertising
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Digital Media
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with direct ownership of paid media campaigns
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, Linked In, and CTV platforms
- Strong working knowledge of tracking tools and methods:
Google Tag Manager, UTM structures, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, etc. - Experience building and managing retargeting audiences across platforms
- Excellent understanding of multi-channel attribution and how paid media fits into the broader customer journey
- Proficiency in campaign analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Incumbent works from home and is expected to maintain a safe, productive work environment with secure internet access.
Travel
Travel is required two times per year for an in-person team meeting and the all-company meeting.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $77,000 and $85,000 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
