• Collaborate to develop world-class technical assets that demonstrate SailPoint’s AI capabilities
• Own technical sales engagements from discovery to proof of concept
• Act as a subject matter expert, presenting at industry events and leading technical workshops
• Provide feedback to product management to influence the product roadmap based on customer interactions
• Design solutions that align with customer business goals while ensuring security

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pre‑Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture
• Proven track record of managing complex technical validations/POCs
• Technical proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks and cloud AI platforms
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles

• Experience with programming/scripting in Python, Java, or Java Script
• Familiarity with securing non-human identities such as service accounts and API keys
• A proactive, "builder" mindset, comfortable with emerging technologies
• Strong strategic communication skills to engage with technical and executive stakeholders
