* BAE Systems is looking for skilled Service

NOW Developers to support a complex software and systems modernization integration program for our customer.

The position is on a hybrid work arrangement.  Remote work arrangement will be considered on a case by case basis.

These Service

NOW Developers will be responsible for:

+ Create, deploy and maintain Service Now infrastructure and related APIs for all customer applications in an AWS cloud-based environment

+ Create and maintain complex roles and permissions through Service Now to ensure customer data integrity and security

+ Utilize Dev Sec Ops  tools to include Foreman, Git Lab, Selenium to deploy, upgrade, and maintain Tool changes

+ Architect and maintain IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources to work with Service Now

+ Work within complex modern cloud architectures

+ Create and update technical documentation (e.g., user guides, how to  guides, infrastructure diagrams)

+ Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership

+ Work effectively in a group environment

+ Create automated testing plans

+ Work across infrastructure that contains both Linux and Windows

+ Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical, management and customer both written and verbally

+ Utilize robust troubleshooting skills

+ Instill and apply solid engineering rigor, to include configuration management, testing

+ Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team

** Required Education, Experience, & Skills*
* We are actively seeking candidates with 5 years' Service Now experience. A Bachelor s is required. Specific skills include the following:

+ At a minimum, meet DOD 8570 requirements (Security  CE Certification)

+ Possess Service Now Certifications

+ Expertise working with Service Now utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation and / or Dev Sec Ops  on iterative development projects

+ Solid administrative/engineering rigor

+ Solid ability to verify and validate Service Now and systems integrated with Service Now (end to end and regression)

+ Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills

+

Experience with Cloud architecture and system design (prefer AWS, but will consider Azure)

+ Strong documentation skills

+ Familiar with Agile Methodologies

+ Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories

+ Experience and comfortability with Basic Dev Ops Tooling (Foreman, Terraform, Jenkins, Git Lab)

+

Experience with or willingness to learn developing automated testing plans and creating test scripts in (Selenium) for Service Now

+ Familiarity with customer system security requirements and processes

+ Preparation and maintenance of Service Now components

+ Solid Understanding of how Service Now works with Active Directory (AD) and LDAP

Experience with Service Now Discovery, Flow Designer, and SAM

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $88189 - $149922

This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
