We're a digital marketing agency focused on SEO, PPC, and lead-generating websites for construction and home services businesses. Our mission is to deliver real results-qualified leads that help our clients grow.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Account Manager who can manage client relationships and actively support execution. This is not just a planning or communication role-you'll be expected to help get things done. That means managing tasks, coordinating deliverables, and directly supporting campaign and website execution when needed.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, translating business goals into actionable strategies and working closely with our internal team to make sure those strategies are implemented effectively.

This is a remote position, but being within driving distance of Towson, MD is a strong plus for occasional in-person meetings or team sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication for a portfolio of SEO/PPC clients
• Interpret digital performance data and present results in a clear, business-friendly way
• Actively support execution: coordinate and QA website updates, SEO tasks, and technical audits
• Lead client calls, discovery sessions, and performance reviews
• Translate strategy into concrete deliverables and timelines, and follow through to completion
• Create clear documentation of project scopes and requirements
• Stay current on SEO, PPC, and marketing trends in the construction and home services space

Requirements

• 1+ years working in a digital marketing agency environment
• Working knowledge of Word Press websites, SEO, and Google Ads
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple active accounts
• Proven ability to execute-not just plan or advise-on technical marketing tasks

Bonus Points

• Experience with industry platforms like Job Tread, Buildertrend, or Co Construct
• Familiarity with lead tracking, call tracking, and attribution workflows
