We're looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)-Cross Solution, who is passionate about the need for People & Process to enable our customers' AI transformation on the Microsoft Cloud.

You will be part of a team of CSAs leveraging Microsoft Cloud and professional subject matter expertise helping customers achieve business value from their Microsoft investments by focusing on areas such as governance, operations, adoption, Copilot, AI, Fin Ops, Security Operations and more. This role is flexible in that you can work from home with up to 50% customer travel.

Responsibilities - You will drive positive Customer Satisfaction and become a trusted advisor and provide feedback & insights from customers/partners as you develop and expand existing impactful relationships with customer and partner architects, C-level Technical Decision Makers (TDMs) and business stakeholders.

- You will provide direction to TDMs and build the bridge between TDMs and Business Decision Makers (BDMs).

- You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results and help Customers get value from their Microsoft investments.

- You will identify resolutions to Customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft Cloud and professional subject matter expertise. Deliver according to Microsoft Cloud and industry best practices and using repeatable Intellectual Property (IP) .

- You will identify and evaluate industry trends (customer industry verticals, information technology [IT] industry), gathers customer/partner insights (e.g., feedback around customer preferences, environments, business needs, competitive landscape), and maps organizational best practices and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes.

- You will align individual skilling to team/area demands & Customer Success goalsas you accelerate customer outcomes, share expertise in relevant communities, contribute to IP creation & re-use to accelerate customer outcomes and connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas and drives changes and improvements to existing Intellectual Property (IP), technologies, and/or processes that enable solutions to scale across customers/partner as you drive consumption acceleration, as well as IP reuse and best practice sharing.

Other - Embody our Culture and Values Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Clearance Verification:
This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment. Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.…
