• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports that support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate tangible recommendations to increase sales or improve other business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage to support transparency and reuse
• Work under minimum supervision in a team environment, occasionally under time pressure and on several tasks simultaneously

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst, with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of work
