Position

We are looking for a solution-oriented Senior Business Analyst to gather and translate business needs into actionable insights. You'll define goals, support strategy, and bridge tech and business. Strong communication and ownership are key.

Responsibilities and duties

Develop relationships with clients at the lead or manager level

Participate in client meetings with clear objectives, content, and desired outcomes

Manage expectations with clients and internal teams

Work closely with clients to gather technical requirements and understand key project details and objectives

Present development deliverables to clients and educate them on best practices and methodologies

Participate in new business pitches

Understand client business challenges and long-term objectives in the context of broader business goals

Gather and document business requirements in artifacts like business requirements documents

Evaluate business processes and map them to the digital experience platform

Distill requirements into themes, epics, stories, and tasks

Assist in building strategy, vision, and roadmap for the client

Prioritize work across implementation work streams in collaboration with the project team

Build and present project-level reporting and dashboards to client stakeholders

Approve sprint deliverables against stated requirements

Negotiate with client stakeholders on complex decisions affecting project and business outcomes

Follow and improve upon repeatable methodologies for digital experience delivery

Manage, prioritize, and maintain backlog

Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of sprint plans, themes, and epics with PM, PO, and other teams

Guide the work of others and provide on-the-job training

Qualifications and skills

Have 5 years of business/systems experience

Demonstrate 3 years of subject matter expertise in at least one focus area (business analysis, systems analysis, product ownership)

Possess 5 years of digital project oversight experience

Have 3 years of Agile experience in digital experience solution builds

Have 3 years of experience with practice platforms, CMS/DXP concepts, and modern Martech solutions

Stay up to date on practice platform offerings, CMS/DXP concepts, and modern Martech trends

Use task management tools such as JIRA (preferred)

Convey advanced business requirements through clear documentation

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Interact professionally with executives, managers, technical experts, and subject matter experts

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
