What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage client launches and migrations to loyalty platforms, ensuring market-leading features
  • Oversee project management activities, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to define and deliver loyalty program services
  • Manage project documentation and updates, including Kanban and JIRA boards
  • Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and operational control frameworks
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience, or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 9 years of IT experience
  • At least 5 years of loyalty experience from a management consulting or outsourced application development background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large direct and matrixed teams
  • At least 5 years of experience in the payments industry
  • Strong Agile experience in managing client launches and migrations

  • Deep knowledge of loyalty systems and strategies, especially with the Premier Loyalty Platform (PLP)
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and analytics-driven solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
  • Strong negotiation and people management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
