• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated recurring visualization reports to support operational and performance statistics
• Communicate tangible recommendations to increase sales or improve other business goals
• Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure consistency across reporting outputs
• Document report logic, metric definitions, and data lineage for transparency and reuse
• Collaborate effectively across departments to support sales and customer service initiatives

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of experience as a data or reporting analyst, with experience working with large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency in data and BI tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

• Experience in a call center or sales environment
• Familiarity with working in a high-volume role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams to support shared objectives
