Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Application Security Developer to deliver application security solutions, primarily focusing on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Oracle Fusion Cloud process areas. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and implement custom security roles in alignment with industry best practices, such as Separation of Duties (SoD) and the Principle of Least Privilege
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using job roles, data roles, and data security policies.
• Conduct security role requirements gathering sessions across multiple functional business areas.
• Develop security roles aligned with Segregation of Duties and Least Privilege Principle best practices.
• Enable and configure Audit Logging
  ; assist in audit log reporting and testing.
• Support the implementation of Oracle Risk Management and Compliance (RMC) modules.
• Prepare detailed documentation on user access, segregation of duties, role configurations, and related security procedures.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
• Strong understanding of business process design, cloud security risks, Oracle application security, and risk management
  .
• Proven experience in developing and managing security roles in Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
  .
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
