We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Email Marketing Specialist
to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and a strong background in working with CRM and automation platforms. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention

Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and create dynamic content tailored to different customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and goals.
  • Write, test, and optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email copy to maximize engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain and improve email deliverability, list health, and compliance with GDPR/anti-spam regulations.
  • Implement AI tools to improve personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance.
  • Work with  for project management and campaign tracking.
  • Utilize HTML/CSS to customize and troubleshoot email templates when necessary.
  • Integrate campaigns with CRM platforms to support lead nurturing and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum2 years of experience
    in email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of
    HTML/CSS
    for email template editing and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with
    email marketing platforms
    (e.g., Solitics, Klaviyo,Optimove, Salesforce,Active Campaign, or similar).
  • Experience with
    audience segmentation
    and customer journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with
    AI tools
    for marketing automation, optimization, and personalization.
  • Practical experience usingfor campaign management and workflow tracking.
  • Strong background with
    CRM platforms
    (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
