Peaden is seeking a Part-Time Evening Dispatcher to support our service operations during peak evening hours.

You will be responsible for evaluating service calls, prioritizing urgency, and dispatching the right technician to the right job – ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Part-Time
• 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST
• Evening shift

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience using Service Titan
• 2+ years of dispatching experience in the home services industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in real time
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize based on urgency
• Dispatch the appropriate technician to each job
• Communicate detailed, accurate job information to field technicians
• Update customers on technician arrival times and progress
• Document and manage service calls within Service Titan
• Maintain clear communication between technicians, CSRs, and management
• Participate in ongoing training and development
