• Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings to support evolving business processes
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate and streamline workflows
• Evaluate business requirements and determine the appropriate automation approach in collaboration with analysts and developers
• Partner with developers to combine declarative configuration and programmatic components, providing guidance on best practices
• Serve as a primary escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce issues

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced, hands‑on experience designing and maintaining Salesforce Flows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (highly preferred)
• Experience mentoring or providing guidance to other administrators or analysts
• Familiarity with Agile or other sprint-based delivery models
• Experience configuring or applying Salesforce AI capabilities to improve workflows
• Background in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments
