• Own the product strategy and full roadmap for Git Lab AI-First Continuous Delivery, including governance and compliance controls
• Develop insights on the evolving CD market through direct customer engagement and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Product Design to define problems and guide development through delivery cycles
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to translate customer needs into clear product requirements and release plans
• Define success metrics for the product area and use customer feedback for iterative improvements

• Extensive product management experience with complex B2B SaaS and developer-facing platforms
• Proven track record of launching new products and translating customer needs into measurable outcomes
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems and deployment tooling in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of personas across the software delivery lifecycle, including developers and Dev Ops engineers
• Highly analytical and data-driven approach to synthesizing feedback and market research

• A founder's mindset with the ability to create structure and take accountability for outcomes
• Strong technical fluency to engage with senior engineers on deployment architecture and AI‑assisted workflows
• Experience in building capabilities that improve pipeline reliability and usability at scale
